in domestic politics, I am sure it is necessary to keep on discussing ideas and ideals, and to get ready for interesting political times
ahead. I do hope to see you at our meetings.

"How communities can reduce their global footprint." The meeting will include exciting local proposals, part of the Transition
Towns initiative. Steve is a part-time lecturer on
social science, and speaker on Climate Concern.
7th MARCH. MARK RUSLING on "Relations with
4th APRIL ALEXANDER J BAKER on
"Adult education and economic Growth". Alexander is an Oxford
Graduate, studying for a Masters in Economics at
9th
MAY. TOM FLYNN o n "Trade Unions in the 21st
century". Tom is Press and Publicity Officer for
the national Young Fabians, works for the PCS union, and is prospective candidate for Southend West.
I hope you will agree we are indeed
fortunate to have been offered such a great range of speakers.
